Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hewa Elektronik 44917.201 44017.201 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hewlet-Packard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hfc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the 2Y00093122Y0009292 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5316B manufactured by Hewlet-Packard and we are pleased to be able to service most Hewlet-Packard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VWG55LF3 by Manufacturer Hfc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hitachi Brand DGE075 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hitachi such as SJ200007HFU equipment made by Hitachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hitachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hitachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 50635334 made by Hewlet-Packard as well as the popular J9980A original spares produced by Hewlet-Packard

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F3001003 by Hima and SJ200007HFU spares by Hitachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SJ300150HFE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
